Please do not send in counterfeit goods. They cannot be repaired and will attract a £30 fee to cover our costs before being returned unrepaired.

Basic repair charge is from £14.99.
If your repair requires a part replacing, you will be contacted with a quotation before the any work commences. If the quote for the repair is not accepted, a charge of £5.99 will be made to cover the engineer’s time in tracing the fault. If the quote is accepted, the cost will be covered within the standard repair charge.
Please note, items not collected from the shop within 30 days from repair notification date will be sent for recycling.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any straighteners not collected from the shop will incur a delivery charge of £5.99 for standard delivery. When sending repairs you must include all your contact details including name, address and contact number.

Always speak to us on 0151 645 7202 before returning any goods. Goods received damaged on arrival must be reported within three days. Returns are always given our highest priority. However, delays may occur which are beyond our control. Under normal circumstances ,please allow up to 14 days for your goods to be repaired. Where special components are required timescales by be extended. When returning goods you must include all your contact details including name, address and date of purchase.
